Origin: from the Pyrenees to the Eastern Carpathians and Northern Greece.
Low-growing cushions with an abundance of long-blooming snow-white flowers and finely dissected foliage.
Flower color: white.
Flowering plant height: 10-15 cm.
Natural flowering period: May - July.
Winter hardiness zones: Z3 - Z8.
Foliage: pubescent, gray, deeply dissected.
Soil Requirements: dry, lime-free, well-drained soil, pH 5.5-6.5.
Virtually no maintenance required. Very easy to grow from seed, fast growing, re-blooming.

The plant prefers an open sunny place, light sandy nutrient soils, other soils need drainage. Seeds are sown on spare ridges in May-June or before winter, sprinkled with a thin layer of sand. At a temperature of +20°C shoots appear in 10-14 days. Young plants are planted in a permanent place at intervals of 15-20 cm. It blooms in the second year.
